Nice place with a beach bar vibe to it. Open from all sides with cool atmosphere next to a apartmenthouse pool. Walking distance from the beach.

Nice and friendly staff It took too long to get our food.

Food is low quality My "all day (english) breakfast" ... canned beans were close to cold, one sausage i got felt cheap, eggs OK, french fries were underfried, boiling hot and hard, and I got one really THIN slice of ham to it. None of this had any taste. Plain neutral taste that the ingredients came with. Not even the beans tomato sauce had any relatable taste.

My kids got ham&cheese pizzas. We got 2 frozen / oven ready, prefabricated margherita pizzas, on witch they put some cheese and couple of ham pieces. They managed to over"bake" it resulting in a very dry pizza

My wife's salad was OK.

Price to quality ratio is very bad compared to the other two...

This lovely relaxed snack bar is set about 2 minutes walk from the seafront, but it has the vibe of a beach bar. The food menu is like meals, breakfast and snacks, but honestly was the best sourced and prepared food we had in Gouves. The gyros are lovely and the chips were very special. We had breakfast there most mornings, from a simple croissant to a full Cretan breakfast. We were staying nearby, but when we return to Crete, we would like to stay in their apartments. The pool looks lovely and the garden green and lush. The sort of place to really chill out. A sort of Crete meets Caribbean. A nice antidote to the modern concrete establishments. We came to andreas for a breakfast a few mornings, and the price was reasonable and good quality, it came with 2 eggs 1 bacon 1 sausage, beans mushrooms 2x toast jam/marmalade tea/coffee, orange juice all for €6-50 each, there are plenty of tables on the front terrace, as well as inside, with a couple of tables in the rear garden/pool area, also the wc is there, and all is disabled friendly, you can cut through the gravel carpark, or take the more even path past the skorpio bar/restaurant upto andreas, the women are always friendly and cheerful, we...
