My partner and I have been staying in Hersonissos on our holiday and walked past this mc Donald’s a few times. Today (Saturday 1st October) we decided to go in after spending time at the beach. The restaurant wasn’t busy as there was only one person was being served before us. Once my partner and I had decided what were going to eat I sat down as I’m disabled and walk with an aid. My partner waited to be served at the till for at least 5 minutes while the manager and a crew member stood in front of him counting the only till out of 4 that seemed to be operating. Neither the manager nor the crew member addressed him. It was only I was slightly frustrated and asked my partner loud enough to be heard whether were serving. At which point the crew member responded without slightest bit of care in her tone. ‘One minute and then continue to speak in Greek while laughing in the manager.’ Another 5 - 10 minutes went by before the manager to cash out of the till and walked of without saying a word were we served without an apology or anything. What found quite interesting is that the lady who had been served before us was European and my partner and I are Middle Eastern and black. This isn’t service I would ever expect from Mc Donald’s in any country. Appalled is not even the word. So...

Went in to order food and as I normally do in any establishment I took out my magnifier on my phone because I cannot see the menu because I am partially sighted. I got approached by a very angry man who said ‘no pictures’ to which I replied not pictures zoom and showed him me zooming into the menu so I could see. He then walked away and came back and said show me your photos to which I replied ‘no’ and he goes ‘now’ with another man beside him. I show him my photos which have none of the place. i point to my glasses and say ‘cannot see’. He laughed and walked away. The other workers started mimicking the words of what I said to other people. I decided to leave. Never have I ever had an experience of this in my entire life having a disability. Completely starstruck and disheartened by the...

When I asked about changing room one of the staff replied no we don't have one but you can change your child on the seat. I explained my daughter has done a poo and she said it's ok. Well I was horrified to the fact she allowed me to change my daughter's nappy near where people eat not to mention hygienic levels. I needed to change asap nowhere else to so I...
