Our evening at “Romantic Corner” was exceptional from the very first interaction. We booked our table over the phone and were immediately impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find that they had reserved a perfect table for us right by the sea, offering breathtaking views and a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. The highlight of our meal was the spectacular sea bream, cooked to perfection with a deliciously crisp skin and tender, flavourful flesh. It was accompanied by a fresh and vibrant Greek salad, with ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumber, and tangy feta, and some delightful garlic bread that was the perfect accompaniment. For dessert, we indulged in a homemade baklava. The pastry was flaky and rich with honey and nuts, and it was served with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream that balanced the sweetness beautifully. Overall, our dinner at “Romantic Corner” was a memorable experience, thanks to the stunning location, the exquisite food, and the impeccable service. Food was decent enough. The starters were nice however I found the mains over salted, especially the mussels. The main reason for 2 stars is the complete lack of social distancing by one of the waiters (his family owns it)- he didn’t wear a face covering the whole time. Additionally, I was with my sister (we are both in our early thirties) and the guy unfortunately took a real shine to her and got closer and closer the whole night until finally he invited himself to sit at our table and drink wine with us. And then he also started smoking at our table too (neither of us smoke). We were so uncomfortable but didn’t feel we could say anything. We could have managed this advance, even found it amusing, if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic. We had to walk past the restaurant every day for the duration of our stay and he always called out to us. If you’re with men, I’m sure you’ll have a nice time, but I’d say beware if you’re a small group of young women as you may get some...
