Maistrali Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Chersonissos

Me and my partner spent a week here and we are just over the moon with our experience at maistrali.

The room was lovely, and the hotel is situated in such a nice quiet area of Stalis.

The staff were outstanding, George and Christina were so hospitable - nothing is ever too much to ask. They have the sweetest hotel dog named Frodo who was super friendly and we wished we could take him home with us!🐶

We are the kind of people that like to eat somewhere different every day and try lots of places but we found ourselves going back to the hotel to eat because the food was just that good! Everything we had to eat was perfect we loved every minute of our stay here.

It’s a beautiful family run hotel, just a short 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Stalis, the beach and the nearest bus stop. They also have lovely sea view dining at the front of the hotel.

Kristina and George (the hosts) were very (very!) welcoming and friendly. The food they served at Maistrali was so good and tasty so that we almost didn’t try anything else in the town 😀 (avocado toasts with eggs, local specials, lamb and chicken barbecues, calamaris, pancakes, apple pies, shrimps pasta, and a lot more - everything was really fresh and tasty). They created a family-like cozy atmosphere so we were really pleased to stay. As for the apartment we had one with the sea view and it was also good. We had a balcony and terrace where you could enjoy the sea from the distance of ~20-30 meters. They also have a free parking lot close to the apartments. Couple, Ro Biggest issues: 1.We had to pay for having the AC. We've paid for it but we've never been informed by Christian Tour Agency or Maistrali, they never mentioned this kind fee on our trip papers, Booking or Maistrali's website (same for getting access to the safe box, I guess). 2.Personally, I've felt kicked out before the check out, they also asked us if "we've paid for everything", on a suspicious and rude tone. 3.If you want to get a shower after 10/10:30 PM, you'll get a cold-ish one, we had some small ants around kitchen area and bathroom. The good parts: good food, vegetarian friendly, great view and location overall, close to the beach, easy access to shops&bus station, chill area overall,...
