Nobilis — Restaurant in Municipality of Kifisia

UPDATE: Mr. Kalogeras with care and full attention to this case has found the way how to resolve it in a positive way.

This time I had a chance to taste the dishes and would like to emphasize the excellence of the cuisine. I was impressed by freshness of all ingredients. A subtle combination of high-quality ingredients and seasonings harmonize with each other and create rich taste, especially, for 2 dishes: Black Angus and salmon, which were perfectly balanced by the side dishes. The atmosphere was nice with attentive service.

No service, zero responsibility. The restaurant left me without pre-booked Christmas dinner right on Christmas Eve. It left a very unpleasant step. I would not come back and, for sure, can’t recommend it not to my friends, not to Expat community, not to business partners.

I saw interesting Christmas Menu online. As I supposed to be alone on Christmas, I phoned the restaurant on the beginning of December to find out if there is a take away option for one person to do not seat alone and keep whole table. The stuff called me back and confirm that it’s possible to arrange. The only one thing I had to do is to call them before I go on Christmas concert on 24.12 and be ready to collect it right after, no later then 9 pm on Christmas Eve. I have called 5 times on December, 24th at agreed time: After unsuccessful attempts (first, the man listened to my story and redirected me to other phone of restaurant, where nobody responded; then somebody dropped the phone, when heard I speak English; in the next following 30 minutes - ignore of the calls) I was connected to the stuff of restaurant. The man on the phone even didn’t listen me tot he end and said: “We are fully booked”. I stopped him, patiently explained what I was promised. He said, that he will check all details and call me back, but it has never happened. I was left without my Christmas dinner right in...

fact#1 Θέλαμε πολύ να φάμε μέσω των lunch break menus μιας και φαίνονταν πολύ ωραία στημένα σαν ιδέες και συνδυασμοί, αλλά δυστυχώς όπως μας ενημέρωσαν "είναι διαθέσιμα μόνο για εταιρείες" ενώ στο website δεν διευκρινίζεται πουθενά αυτό. Πραγματικά δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πώς ταυτοποιεί κάτι τέτοιο το εστιατόριο. Μάλλον από το αν μοιάζεις με γιάπη... fact#2 Όλος ο υπόλοιπος κατάλογος που είναι αναρτημένος στο website είναι χωρίς αναγραφόμενη τιμή σε κανένα πιάτο, όταν εστιατόρια με αστέρια Michelin όπως η Σπονδή αναγράφουν τιμές παντού!

Μας λένε δηλαδή ότι δέχονται να μπουν στο εστιατόριο μόνο πελάτες που δεν τους νοιάζει καθόλου τι θα πληρώσουν, και θα διευκολύνουν μόνο τα στελέχη των εταιρειών που θα φάνε το μεσημεριανό τους, ώστε να έχει πάντα μια ενιαία εικόνα εύπορων ανθρώπων το σύνολο των παρευρισκομένων!

Απαράδεκτα υπεροπτική εικόνα για υποτιθέμενα καλό εστιατόριο. Λες και έχει σκεφτεί το PR strategy η Μαντάμ Σουσού. Στο Κεφαλάρι είστε οχι στις Βερσαλλίες.

Anyway... Το μόνο που καταφέρνουν δυστυχώς τέτοιες πολιτικές είναι να απομακρύνουν όσους απλά αγαπούν το καλό φαγητό και είναι διατεθειμένοι να πληρώσουν κάτι παραπάνω όταν το αξίζει, και να προσελκύουν τελικά μόνο τους καβαλημένους που θα πάνε για να πουν ότι πήγαν στο Nobilis. Μείνετε με αυτούς λοιπόν. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

UPDATE απάντηση στον κάτοχο.

Το τηλεφωνημα εγινε Κυριακη και ζητησα ξεκάθαρα να κρατησω τραπεζι για την Δευτέρα. Οπότε μπορεί να μην εγινα κατανοητός από τον υπεύθυνο.

Χαίρομαι που όσα υπέθεσα για εσας μου λέτε οτι δεν ισχύουν, αν και η εικόνα μου για την υπεροπτική σας στάση επιβεβαιώνεται δυστυχώς και από άλλα σχόλια που διαβάζω. Ελπίζω να είναι εσφαλμένη και η δική μου και όποια άλλη τέτοια εικόνα.

Σε καθε περίπτωση η έλλειψη τιμων απο έναν κατάλογο στα ματια μου είναι ασέβεια προς τον πελάτη.

Ελπίζω να μου δοθεί η ευκαιρία να αναθεωρήσω την βαθμολογία μου...

Everything was perfect, first of all amazing view from roof top, especially the side overlooking west! An impressive list of cocktails, even sophisticated ones!
