Waited over an hour for food after being told 2 meals weren't available after ordering, so had to reorder. 2 of us were served 1 meal never came, they eventually came over to ask how the food was, we asked where the food is. Then they say oh we can't make that, obviously they knew before and didn't ask us to reorder the 3rd meal. Then get offered cheesecake instead, which wasn't good to be honest but we were starving at this point. We were told it was busy and how sorry they were, very full on with love yous and hugs. Made us feel patronised, a busy restaurant doesn't mean you just don't serve 1/3 people. Shocking customer service, and it wasn't overly busy in the restaurant. Walked past the restaurant yesterday on the way to the bus and I noticed it right away. Today I went there for lunch and am super happy, would have given 10 stars if possible.

I had the Classic Burger and my friend had the BBQ Burger. Both meals were super tasty, the meat was juicy and the bread was well baked. The fries were also really good. When the bill came I was also very pleasantly surprised we have paid just 20€ for everything with drinks.
