"We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this restaurant in Crete! The food was incredibly delicious - the best we had in Crete. From the Greek salad to the grilled cheese and other dishes, everything was not only tasty but also freshly prepared. The view from the restaurant is truly breathtaking; you can see Iraklio from the top, adding a magical touch to the dining atmosphere.

What sets this place apart is the thoughtful amenities they provide. There's a great playing area for kids, making it a perfect spot for families. And to top it off, they surprised us with complimentary fruits and cake for dessert, which was a lovely gesture that made our meal even more special.

Φτάσαμε στο μαγαζί 2:20 το μεσημέρι τιμοκατάλογο μας έφεραν στις 2:40 ( αφου το ζητήσαμε) τα πρώτα πιάτα σαλάτα και ποτά ήρθαν στις τρεις 3:40 ακριβώς ήρθαν τα κυρίως πιάτα. Η ώρα ήταν 4:20 το απόγευμα και δεν μπορούσαμε ούτε να πληρώσουμε. Θεωρώ ότι είχανε χάσει την μπάλα εντελώς και όχι με πάρα πολύ κόσμο. Η ποιότητα των φαγητών ήταν εξαιρετική όμως δεν υπήρχε σωστή διαχείριση και τι εννοώ με αυτό. Πρώτον η σαλάτα που δεν ήτανε φρέσκο κομμένη και ήταν ζέστη αντί να ήταν κάπως δροσερή δεύτερον το αρνί φούρνου ενώ ήταν εξαιρετικής ποιότητας υλικό μύριζε το Καμμένο του ξύλου σε πολύ έντονο βαθμό οι πατάτες δε είχαν πάρει τη μυρωδιά μόνο το ξύλου. Φιλέτο παϊδάκια που πήραμε μύριζε Καρβούνιλα. Απορώ μερικές φορές πως ο Ηρακλειώτης Δεν αξιολογεί σωστά Τις υπηρεσίες τις οποίες λαμβάνει όταν πάει σε ένα χώρο εστίασης. Ξαναλέω τα υλικά τους είναι πολύ καλής ποιότητας όμως έχουν κακή διαχείριση απ’ αυτούς που τα μαγειρεύουν. Ο κόσμος βγαίνει έξω για να φάει και να δοκιμάσει κάτι διαφορετικό από αυτό που τρώει...
