First the good things:

The staff was pleasant and attentive and provided good service overall

The food was fairly cheap

No hair in the food

Now to why this restaurant gets a 2/5 review:

We ordered red wine and got something closer to rosè. I’m unsure if they ran out of red wine and just tried mixing a bit of red with some rosè and see if they could pull it off. We complained and ended up having white instead.

The food didn’t seem fresh, it appeared to have been frozen down and reheated. We ordered Moussaka and some meatballs, and while they didn’t taste bad they didn’t taste good either. On the side of the meatballs were some French fries, and they were just plain awful and not worth eating.

I would definitely not recommend this place unless you are really hungry. You can get your basic hunger needs satisfied but there is no guarantee of you...

Absolutely disgusting. My friend found a cigarette butt embedded in her Greek salad, covered in dressing. We told the waiter, no apology, no explanation. They just took the plate and vanished.

When we asked for the complaint form, they lied, pretended not to speak English, and we watched them rip out previous complaints from the book before giving it to us. When we confronted them, the waiter started yelling, gaslighting us, and threw us out of the restaurant.

This place is a complete health hazard, run by cowards who can’t take responsibility. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. Avoid this place...

I wish I didn’t have to write this. While having lunch with friends, one of us found a cigarette butt INSIDE her salad. We were shocked. Not only did the staff not apologize they acted like it was our fault for mentioning it.

They pretended not to speak English, then tore pages from the complaint book in front of us. When I calmly insisted on accountability, the waiter screamed at us and kicked us out.

I left humiliated, shaking, and angry. This wasn’t just bad service, it was abuse. I hope no one else ever has to go through...
