Queen Boutique Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

We stayed for 6 nights, typically we stay in larger hotels but thought we would try something different ||We weren’t disappointed, the rooms are a good size, studio style, comfortable, cleaned daily including new towels and there’s even a jacuzzi!||The airport is very close by, most of the Island’s beach clubs are only a few KM and Mykonos town / Old Port less than 10 mins in a cab.||The way the rooms are set up is great just like having your own little villa. They have direct access to the pool and a seating area outside to relax. There are plenty of sun beds, double day beds & loungers. The bar is open from around 9am to 10.30pm and has a good selection of top shelf drinks and home cooked food by the proprietor Katerina.||A massive thank you to Alexandre who not only looked after our every need at the venue and served at the bar every day, she also organised a private cruise, numerous taxi’s, beach clubs and restaurants for us.||The place has a real family feel, a delightful visit, thank you so much we will...

The location was fine for us as we knew it was near the airport - there is a nice restaurant over the road and more options as you walk near the airport so I give 5/5.

The room itself was really nice overall, cleaned daily, however it was quite a dark room (the shutters for the window were locked), so I give 4/5.

The issue is the service, and i’m going to be nice and give 2/5…

Reception staff rarely seem to be onsite.

We had an issue whereby no water was running for the ‘hot tub’ in the room, but as no staff around I had to Whatsapp the owner. It did get resolved, but nearly 4 hours later. I think they could have left something for us in the room as a sorry for that.

there is no option to buy food onsite - they advertised food online.

the bar was closed - they advertised drink/coffee online. There was also no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

It just feels quite odd really, and it’s a shame as the service let’s the place down,...

The way the rooms are distributed in the property give you the feeling you have your own house in Mykonos! With privacy and all facilities needed. ||I learned that in Mykonos there is no way to enjoy the best of the island without a car, motorcycle, quad... so, being close to the airport was my best decision! ||From the hotel I could get everywhere in a easy way without worries to commute to the airport when is time to leave. ||A very good option if you don't want to stay at the crowded and busy city center. ||The staff is amazing! Alexandra deserves an special recognition for making my stay great, she is available, friendly, can advise you about everything in the island and cook the BEST PASTA ever - ask for the pasta with tomatoes sauce!
