If you’re looking for gruff, rude service, this is your place! Waiting staff were quite abrasive. Food was ok but nothing special. I would recommend the restaurant next door a million times over, for both food and service. Here, we had to ask for the bill four times over 20 minutes. When it eventually came the waiter stood at the table and while he waited for me to get money from my wallet, he scrunched up a small piece of paper he had in his hand and flicked it onto the ground near my feet. Baffling that someone would do this right next to such a beautiful beach, nevermind outside their own restaurant! Anyway, bill came to £35. I gave £40 and while I suspected I’d never see any change, we waited for it and it never came. Rather than stay and continue to be annoyed about it we left. I imagine they use this tactic often. The service we received definitely didn’t deserve a tip. I’m baffled by all the positive reviews, I can only imagine some people would mark down their scores when they visit other restaurants nearby and see how superior the service is there. Avoid...

What a disappointment this place has been. Great atmosphere and looked like it was going to be a nice experience. I am someone who is open to many types of foods and flavors but do yourself a favor and do not order the squid. It has no flavor at all and there is absolutely nothing special about it. When the staff finally came around to take the plates away they asked how the food was. I tried to explain in a friendly way that my experience was not good at all - in fact I could not even eat my food. All I got as a reaction was a shrug and an « okay » 🤷🏼‍♀️

Really a pity when the customer wants to like the establishment but there is no interest in the customer’s experience at all.

The place next door looked much nicer - will most likely give that a try one...

Been going to this restaurant for 3 different years (including last year). This year's visit was disappointing. The prices went up as in every places but portions are way much smaller and nothing was offered at the end of the meal (no watermelon or anything). For bread we were served 3 slices of bread (1 per person), whilst other table were getting more. We then asked for more and they said they ran out and that they only had pita bread left. We got 2 slices. The surprise was on the bill when we saw that we got charged 1 euro for the 3 slices and 1 euro for the pita bread. They should only have charged once. We...
