Had a family breakfast here. Food was pretty good. It was the staff that are the big problem. We asked 3 times about us lounges pricing arrangement and got brushed off without response whilst eating breakfast because the staff (2 of them) needed to do other things (restaurant was quite empty). By the time we finished our meal and we’re paying for our 33€ breakfast we finally had our answer; the chairs in the back row are 30€ for a set, but we also needed to at least eat lunch in the establishment (with a total cost of more then 30€ from the menu). So in other words, our breakfast didn’t count to the 30€. We’d need to spend at least another 60€ just to sit on some sun lounges. Further, the person who appeared to be the head Mgr must have been tired of listening to our son so presented some paper with Liatero written on it, and said if my son can write it he’ll give him a prize. My son completed this, but the guy obviously didn’t want to hear any whining from a child and hence this challenge was presented, because he never came back to see whether it was done or offered any such ‘prize’. As far as I’m concerned that’s just a real loser attitude and appeared deliberate just to ‘shut him up’. Plenty of other higher quality establishments here from people that deserve the success and €€ that come with being quality people producing quality food...

There were three thin slices of octopus, several mussels, which were ok. I had to ask for some grated cheese to throw on top just to add some taste to it (which we were later charged for) When waiter collected our plates where I had 60% of the dish left, she didn’t even bother to ask how was the meal, ok fine. We didn’t complain, paid, and in a friendly conversation with a waiter after, just mentioned that the risotto was quite bad in our opinion, and we expected a bit more taste and quality of a seafood dish being on an island… Long story short, in the end we heard from waiter that they are selling hundreds of these risottos per day and no one even said it was bad, and all is amazing basically. He also added , he never was asked for any cheese for this dish, and how surprised he was. I’d maybe not even written this review if he didnt make it sound like a made up story from us in the end. Not a great...
