430 euros per night but nothing in return. Terrible cleaning service in fact no cleaning at all. All surfaces were dirty every time we returned to the room, hair and sand on the floor, no mopping, no products. We had to ask for coffee, shampoo, sugar, creamer everyday which are basic, no hair conditioner either. They gave us quarter amount of paper rolls every day and we had to kept going to the reception for more because we were always in need of something. How disgraceful to be so cheap with good customers.. They are also charging for laundry but the service is still half done. They don’t even iron the clothes but they sure charge for it like they do. The place is new and very nice but for the price I paid (3160 euros total for a 7 day stay) is not worth it. All they wanted was money money money. Being a world traveller with at least 4 to 5 international vacations a year, I can honestly say the service was the poorest I have ever experienced. The owner doesn’t know how to manage her property, she blamed us for not keeping the room clean when in fact it was her job to do it, she claimed not to speak English but truth be told she understood very well, only not when she’s receiving criticism she didn’t want to hear. Even though I paid full amount upfront by credit card, on the check out she didn’t accept credit cards and when I tried to pay for the last expenses, she claimed she didn’t know how to do it. Since i didn’t have enough cash on me to pay the €100 bill for laundry and nightly charges( I was €15 euros short), she actually made me walk 3 blocks in the blazing hot sun to go to the ATM, so i could close out the tab. I cannot stress enough, if you enjoy luxury and 5 star service which they say they are, DO NOT choose this place. You will wind up regretting it in more ways than i can’t count . Iam normally not a person who writes reviews, in fact i’m pretty sure this is my first one but the service or lack thereof was so egregious i felt like i needed to warn other travelers to not make the same mistake i made. The owner has a terrible attitude and a very amateurish perspective regarding business and tourism. If you value service and not want to waste your hard earned money, you might want to think twice about this one. Facilities may look good but bad service is always...

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming family-run hotel in Agia Anna, Naxos from June 20th to June 26th for our wedding. We booked half the hotel for our families, and it truly became a special part of our wedding experience.
The hotel is owned and managed by a lovely family—Ioanna, the mother, and her son Trifanos, along with other family members. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, their hospitality was exceptional. Ioanna and I communicated via email for months during the wedding planning process, and she was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Her assistance made everything so much smoother and stress-free.
The hotel offers a delicious breakfast each morning, complete with coffee and refreshing orange juice. The suites are gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after our wedding festivities. The pools were always pristine, and the entire property was impeccably clean and tidy.
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the family's willingness to help with anything and everything that came up. They were proactive and efficient problem-solvers, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful waterfront, making it easy to enjoy the stunning beach and vibrant local life in Agia Anna.
Our families and we absolutely loved our stay, and it added immensely to the wedding fun and overall experience. We can't picture staying anywhere else in Naxos from now on.
My husband Abram and I (Rupert) are so grateful for the warm hospitality extended to us and our families. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naxos—it truly feels like a home away from home.
Thank you, Ioanna and family, for making our wedding week...
Read moreHidden Gem with the Warmest Hospitality!! Our stay exceeded all expectations! This family-run business blends warmth with sophistication in the most beautiful way. Breakfast was a highlight; every morning, Mrs. Ioanna prepared and proudly served her wonderful creations, always with a big smile. The whole family radiates genuine kindness and a “can-do” attitude that makes you feel instantly at home. We were also offered early check-in and late check-out without hesitation; such thoughtful gestures that showed real care in helping us with our travel connections. Our accommodation was divine: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a private pool. The only slight hiccup was that our pool never received direct sun, so we didn’t use it as much as we hoped. Thankfully, the rooftop deck more than made up for it, especially on some of the windiest days on the island. Would we return? Absolutely, YES! Everything about this place is a hidden treasure – beautifully landscaped grounds, a perfect location close to transport and stunning beaches, and above all, the warmest hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Ioanna, Trifona, and George for making our stay...
