Dusha Bar Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Nea Propontida

We searched this beach bar beforehand and it seemed like a good place. The first time we went the staff was very polite we noticed that they prioritized serving people in the first rows as they are inclined to spend more. We also had to remind them a few times about our orders. While I do understand it's peak season and they are rather busy we felt rather neglected.

They were kind enough to let us leave for a bit and kept our towels in place but we really hoped for more organized service.

The second time we came we were told that we need to let the staff know if we want to leave for a few hours so we did. The staff weighted our options for leaving, we offered to pay in advance if needed but in the end they told us we should return in an hour.

But apparently everything else is allowed in this beach bar, opening personal umbrellas and blocking the wooden path to the sea or playing loud music on the...

Absolutely filthy beach and water. Garbage & cigarette butts everywhere, sticks & rocks also so it’s very uncomfortable to walk around. Water had tons of debris everywhere.

1st 3 rows are 50€ min spend per umbrella, remaining rows are 30€ min spend. That is, if you can get a server. Over the course of 3+ hours we saw our server 3 times. We had to ask another server to put in our orders & pay our bill. Pretty pathetic that I’m trying to spend money but they made it so difficult.

Drinks were horrible, food was okay. Definitely do not recommend...

We had an incredible time at this beach bar in Kalikratia! Maria, the host at the beach, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
