2 STARS — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

I'm not gonna tell you this is the greatest, or most authentic, or so on. I will not tell you it's quiet because on a night you very much overhear nearby Zorbas' live entertainment. It blatantly appeals to British tourists. I am in fact a British tourist, but I could've done without chips with everything; equally though my sister who has ARFID (Google it) was happy to find a place she could comfortably eat at while I tried various things. The service was impeccable-- all of the servers looked and acted happy to see you, and they were extremely attentive. The owner had memorised our drinks and my sisters order by our second visit. (And there were a couple days between). Complimentary dessert and a shot for those who can partake. And a pretty reasonable price for the area.

The seafood and fish both via myself and other tourists seems to be the "best" items, generally caught that morning according to the servers. I can't honestly speak on how authentic the Greek cuisine is-- this holiday was last minute after all-- but I can tell you you will be treated like family at 2STARS/ 2 Asteria. Every summon of the server was met with a bright smile and their complete attention. It was a fantastic experience.

I will note for disabled guests; the toilets appear to be down some stairs (though I didn't use them myself). They do have a ramp entrance for the restaurant, but if you're in a wheelchair you might not have a place to relieve yourself if needed, so keep...

This place is amazing if you love kind, friendly and all round spectacular people this is the place. The food was impeccable we came here everyday for 2 weeks straight it's that good. As a gift we were given olive oil and red wine to take back to Wales with us. They are such wonderful people and is great to see a family work in unison like they do. This is a family business and is the best place around for any food whether that be breakfast lunch or dinner. We came here mainly for dinner but on occasion we came here for breakfast and we just loved it. The English breakfast is one of if not the best around. My son doesn't like beans or mushrooms so instead they give him a extra sausage and give me extra hashbrown because i don't have eggs. If we come back to Corfu we will have to come back again. Truly this is the best place for food around. They are so nice that they give you complimentary fruit salad as desert and give you bread rolls with a delicious olive spread. Greek night is just excellent we got a table for both weeks we were here and just wow it's the best place around for their Greek night. Smashing plates, traditional Greek music, fire and dancing it's just great they involve everyone and it's just incredible. The best part about this place is that all the food is fresh. I am shocked about the good reviews of this restaurant. We came full of expectations, looking for greek food. And i regret that i didnt look on the photos beforehand. Literally every meal is served with chips? Frozen ones, not even selfmade. The fact that they serve spring rolls (in a greek restaurant???) made me worry about the quality of the food. And my expectations became reality. The food looked like dog food, half of the plate was with chips and the meat was dry and surely frozen. However, the service was good. We didnt like the ambiente, blue walls, red (american diner style) chairs and tables and green. Not comfortable at all. We will definitely not come again.
