Agios Stefanos Beach — Attraction in Municipality of Northern Corfu

It is beautiful, the people are very friendly. I just keep on wanting to come back. Everyone you speak to has been coming back for years. The sea is shallow and there are sandbanks. It is perfect for kids. The beach is all sand with no stones. The tavernas are lovely, you get greeted by a handshake every time. The food is amazing, the 2 Stars always gives me a free .25l of red after my meal, if i order a .5l, plus free desserts. Great beach. Lots of places you can buy sunbeds for the day, for around 7-8 €, or food and drinks. There’s also a lot of space to lay on your own. Sand is wet near the water, but the beach is well-cared for, especially near the restaurants there is no garbage or algae. On the less windy days you can rent a boat or many fun activities too. I would be cautious of going on far walks because we saw some interesting things on the nudist beach area, but other than that the beach is wide and perfect to walk around on. Perfect sand and sea. Sand is fairly fine and yellow. The clear blue sea is shallow for quite a long way out so is great for children. There is plenty of evidence to say that it is ideal for sand castles. There are two bars on the main stretch, and restaurants the other side of the car park where you can watch the sun go down. Activities include boat hire and scuba diving. There seems to be a phenomenon here where elderly nudists cake themselves in clay.
