Sweet Spot — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

I stopped by this bar for breakfast and ordered two croissants—one plain, and one with pistachio. When the order arrived, the pistachio croissant had strawberries inside, which I didn’t ask for. The price came to €6.50, which seemed steep considering the surprise addition.

Sure, I could’ve sent it back, and that’s on me—but honestly, it would’ve taken two seconds to ask if I wanted strawberries in it. It’s just basic communication and customer care.

Small details like that make a big difference, especially when it comes to food preferences in the morning. I found it a bit annoying and frankly unacceptable. Not somewhere...

Wow - some places you go into on a whim turn out to be spectacular places of foodie goodness - this is one of those places. We came here two nights ago and I had a chocolate mouse (mousse but I just love a pun and couldn’t resist it). It was good but we came back tonight and the orange pie was just heaven - it could make a grown man cry it was so delicious. I’m just sorry that we go home tomorrow and it will be a year till we can savour this place again. Best deserts in corfu. 11/10, would eat here again!😁

Its August which means I'm back in corfu for the 42nd time and try and make it back each year as it feels like home, and when you see new places like this, pop up it a breath of fresh air.... Sweet Spot is modern,sexy, and a great place , sitting in the prime location ( opposite tasty corner ) and offering delicious coffee and out of this world cakes, doughnuts, and pastry ( you can eat in or takeaway) .....its definitely a must try and i would of had pictures but the cakes tasted to good to wait for a picture, walnut cake and the pistachio cream pastry was out...
