The service was the most disorganized I have ever seen. The owner was rude and extremely impatient. There were too many items on the menu they didn’t have. The food was less than average. French fries from a frozen bag, butter in small store bought servings, the two beef dishes were cooked to the wrong point, medium rare came rare and medium came medium rare. The fried courgettes were horrible. The “fresh fish” came filleted and was almost tasteless but the taste it had was of charcoal. I ended up giving most of it to the cat that was there. The worst restaurant we visited in San Stefano by far and in all of Corfu. I honestly would never recommend this place and suggest you go to many of the other nice restaurants in San Stefano. Cons: service was average and soulless appetizers were too salty and we didn’t even finish them (we had tsasiki & Aubergine dip) we order pita bread with appetizers and after they brought us food chased the waiter for 10 minutes to find out that pita bread was sold out (which they should have mentioned when bringing the food) prices are higher than in the restaurant near by from mixed seafood plate (which looked good) only muscles were okay, the rest of the dish was not tasty at all and I was super disappointed with my choice
Overall, I would not go there the second time and would not...
Read moreWe had such a fantastic meal at Kochili Fish Restaurant last night. We ordered swordfish, salmon, sea bass, calamari and the seafood risotto – everything was cooked to perfection and tasted so fresh, like it had just come straight from the sea. Nikos and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly with a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is lovely too – really pretty and relaxed, the kind of place you just want to linger at. We finished with apple pie and a chocolate brownie, washed down with a limoncello, and honestly, it was out of this world. Easily the best fish restaurant in Agios Stephanos. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely...
