laluz Beach bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

We ate here 2 times in our 7 night stay in Roda. The first night was windy and the restaurant was quiet . We had wanted a place with sea views but due to the weather the perspex blinds were down however we felt "cozy" and enjoyed what we could see. We were welcomed in by a very friendly girl. The menu is smaller than most but we liked what was available. We enjoyed the sardine dish and the seafood spaghetti. The interior is contemporary,comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the local wine. We were very pleasantly surprised to be offered wine "on the house" after we had finished our meals. The staff were friendly and interactive during the evening. On our second visit the weather was calm and we were able to sit outside . This time we were welcomed by a very friendly young man. The couple are cousins running the restaurant. The restaurant offers the use of sunbeds during the day and we were seated behind them close to the restaurant. We ordered something different from last time and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The restaurant was busier but the staff were still interactive in a very friendly social way. We were delighted to be offered complimentary ouzo. We really had a lovely experience in laluz and if we had stayed longer I'm sure we would have visited to use the sunloungers and enjoy...

My partner and I went here practically every day of our holiday. The only day we didn't visit was because there was torrential rain. We went on the 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, and 19th of October. This is an absolutely delightful beach bar and restaurant and has an enviable position on the beach, where the sea is calm and clear and there are no stones. The sunbeds are comfy with large umbrellas, and there is service by the Sea. I was first welcomed by the barman who made me my first Greek coffee. Quite a process and made with love. I can understand why the Greek locals are so passionate about it. Every day, my partner and I enjoyed visiting here it's a very smart well presented place and very clean. Hi I went to roda for ten nights alone and have just returned and now thinking of coming back next week ""FANTASTIC"" they made me soo so welcome kristos barman extraordinaire such a nice guy made me feel special always remembered my name. And of course my new friend the dj AMAZING 👏 also he has very good taste in shirts lol The manager also such a friendly guy they all made my holiday special and I hope to keep intouch with each and every one of them.
