Macheimaris Bakery — Restaurant in Municipality of Northern Corfu

English was a little broken but we can't complain as they tried so hard it was our own fault that we went at 11:30 as there wasn't much left to chose a snack from. I was introduced to spinach and cheese pie for the first time. So tasty ,the filo was sweet balanced next to the filling . Really yummy. Then the next time we went it was just after opening , so much more choice but still the best thing to have is the spinach pie . It's a great place to watch the locals sit and chat a up a storm with espresso. Such a busy spot and the rolls was so good when we took them for a picnic on our hike up the hills...

We have been on holiday here for two weeks and have frequented the bakery on a number of occasions both to sit in and take away. We have no complaints at all, the staff were friendly the food, coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. A previous reviewer states that they were being charged different amounts for the same item. Some items (for instance the beautiful cakes in the tall display fridges) are sold by weight, this could be the reason as each slice would be...

Only found this place on the last day of our holiday, which is probably a good thing else I'd have been eating their cakes and pastries every day.

The Bakery is at the back of the coffee shop. It appears the locals use this place a lot which I always think is a good sign.
