Food 3/5 Service 0.5/5
The restaurant looked beautiful and charming from the outside. We were greeted straight away and ordered drinks. That's where the good experience ended.
Our initially friendly waiter was never seen again. He was busy with every other table, but didn't even look our way. We spent 25 minutes trying to get someone's attention which isn't very relaxing. Eventually I got the attention of the owner/manager.
Some starters weren't available so I didn't have a starter (the rest was cheese only). The food was ok, slightly clouded by the poor service overall.
After ordering, a second waiter came over to ask if we wanted bread. It was as if they'd forgotten to do this.

A truly perfect dining experience 10 out of 10, highly...

To my surprise when I went there my table was not ready with the excuse that the couple in front of us was a bit delayed. But they kindly asked if we could wait a couple of minutes, which definitely we accepted and we went for a short walk as we were advised, while was table was getting ready. When we came back our table was taken and they made excuses like the allocated table for us was a different one. Long story short, we did not have a table despite making a reservation and coming twice into the restaurant. The cherry on top was the manager was yelling at the waiter in front of us and...
