Well, I don't know who reviewed this restaurant in the past, but it was s major disappointment for us. I was after lamb gyros, they don't sell lamb or chicken gyros, but they claim to sell pork gyros. It's a lie, what they sell is pre cooked and marinated frozen pork they reheat. No gyro here. Now other restaurants in the area actuality have an asterisk against frozen food to tell their client's in advance.TouCan, do not. The pork was rubbery and so salty it was inedible. The Italian lady sitting next to us also ordered the pork gyros and didn't eat it! My wife asked for extra Tzatzsiki, they advised it world come on a plate so she could add it herself, ok. What they didn't say was its an extra 6 Euro! The entire pork gyros with tomato, onion, stacked pita bread and tzatziki was 15 euro. hmm someone is being ripped off. Ohh wait, it was us! Now while my wife ate her dish, she drowned it in Tzatzsiki to mask the salt, I sent mine back. ( I had initially asked if they could not salt it, and that was when they said it was pre made, frozen food). I was going to get chicken souvlaki, but it's marinated in mustard... Greek,,,,mustard? No thanks. So I ordered a plain grilled chucks breast. Wow, it was over cooked, hard, dry, rubber. It coukd hold my fork vertically once stabbed. I returned it, and decided my taste bud's have been insulted enough. Then come the bill shock, 30 euro for a tiny portion of salty chips, extra Tzatzsiki, water abd my wife's pork gyro. Tou Can't it's what they...

We were the first guests to arrive this evening and were warmly welcomed by Jannis and Amalia, who explained that they had only opened 9 days previously.
From the outside, the restaurant looks chic and bright, and at the rear, it has a Shack like bar and counter.
The Food..... I chose the greek salad with a good-sized piece of feta, which we shared as a starter. No complaints here!
Followed by a Paxos locally caught fish speciality - grilled sea bass - always a favourite of mine. My wife is not really a meat fan, so she went for a mix of stuffed green peppers and stuffed tomatoes. We would have ordered a desert too, but we were just too full....so maybe next time. As we left the restaurant, it was fairly full. So I'm pleased we went early.
Prices are fair and typical for Paxos. Service was above average. 10+ Flood...
Read morewe visited the beautiful island of Paxos and we sat down to have dinner in this beautiful restaurant. From the first minutes on the island we realized that everything is very expensive but the fact that I would have to pay €15 for a gyrous i did not expect it at all, for a while I sat and caught me asking myself where I am Paxos or Mykonos, The quality of the food, if not bad at all, mediocre after this trip, my stomach ached unimaginably, the prices are unacceptable for both the quantity and the quality. Before I came to this island, I had been to the capital of Greece, Athens, as well as other islands, where I ate an amazing gyro for just €4. I don't know if maestro in blue is responsible for these prices, but it is unacceptable
E.X they don’t put potato’s in their dishes and they...
