I can see why so many locals come here. For $2.80 euros you can get a very filling gyro pita sandwich. Only one person in our group opted for the gyro pita sandwich while the rest of my group went for the gyro platter (doner). Our group had lamb gyros and pork gyros and generally the consensus was half of us liked the lamb and the other half liked the pork even after trying each other’s food. This is a place where to eat the meat specialties of the greek cuisine. It is made in two parts, an outside space with severals tables close to the street and inside where there are less tables and there is a flat tv. The kitchen is "on view" and mainly based on the grilled meat. The service was very fast in my case and the waiter speaks enough english to understand each other.
