Bibere House of Beer — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

Feeding the cats is not a crime, but this is not the case here. There is a lady, who really has a routine on feeding the STRAY cats right outside of the restaurant. Me and my family, we have absolutely no problem with animals, we own a dog ourselves and we know what the law is saying about feeding animals on the streets. We eat often on this restaurant, despite the fact that we have caught some of the stuff ignoring us on purpose, the owner is a really nice guy and the food is always delicious. Back to the problem I mentioned above with the cats.According to the law it’s forbidden to feed animals on the street unless you legally own them, they are chipped, clean, vaccinated etc…Those cats who get fed daily multiple times a day are stray, they walk inside the restaurant, siting on the tables, the place where we eat, like they walk freely on the garbages on the road.This is not the most pleasant thing to see in a restaurant.Its not hygienic. Please if you want to feed those cats and have them legally walking around your restaurant, at least own them as the law mentions.Be responsible for the animals you are feeding and for the people who eat at your restaurant. A perfect spot in the centre of Pireaeus, in the port of Pasalimani. Surrounded by trees and plants, creating a deep shade even in the middle of a hot day. The waitresses are very professional and welcoming. This is not a pretentious place, nor a tourist trap, this is a warm local pub with great food and beer. We visited the place on a Wednesday. At lunchtime it was very quiet with only a couple of tables being occupied. I liked the rock music that was playing and I enjoyed my buffalo burger. It was very tasty and it was accompanied by a very satisfying amount of freshly prepared French fries. My wife ordered the buffalo meatballs with a baked potato and a small salad.
