Kabu Beach Club is probably the best beach club we visited on Crete.

Atmosphere – The loungers are super comfortable, and music is playing, but it’s at the perfect volume — it sets the mood without getting in the way of enjoying the sea and a relaxing beach day.

Menu – The menu is very diverse, with a wide range of drinks and food options. We ordered tortillas, burgers, and toast — all the portions were large and tasty. It never felt like they were trying to overcharge us; instead, it felt very generous and welcoming. There are also lots of thoughtful little touches — for example, if you order a Coke, it’ll come with a slice of lemon; if you get a beer, they’ll bring a complimentary pack of nuts; if you order a tortilla, you’ll get an extra dipping sauce with your fries.

Venue & Service – The staff are friendly and attentive. There’s also a main restaurant just across the road from the beach, where you’ll find all the facilities like restrooms, or you can sit comfortably at a table for a proper meal.

Prices – We were pleasantly surprised by the pricing. Full meals range from €4 to €10, and the drinks are incredibly affordable — for example, a bottle of water is just €0.50. The sunbeds work on a deposit system, so to get them for free, you just need to order any item from the menu.

The beach bar I visited was the epitome of paradise. Nestled right on the sandy shores, it offered breathtaking views of the crystal-clear ocean and gentle waves lapping at the shore. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting, with colorful umbrellas and comfy lounge chairs scattered around the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and a recommendation for a tasty cocktail. Speaking of cocktails, the drink menu was extensive and creative, featuring unique concoctions that perfectly complemented the tropical setting. I especially enjoyed sipping on a frozen margarita while watching the sunset over the horizon. The food menu was equally impressive, with fresh seafood dishes and classic beach fare that satisfied my cravings. Live music played in the background, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere that enhanced my overall experience. Recently visited this lovely spot. I went for an espresso martini (delicious!) while my partner opted for a beer. We also shared some chicken nuggets, which were a nice snack.

The shisha we chose was orange and passion fruit flavored. It was decent, though in hindsight, we wish we'd tried a more refreshing, vibrant flavor.

The interior of the place really stood out to us; it was beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

A huge plus was the menu available via a QR code - a convenient touch that made exploring their offerings easy.
