Great taverna by the beach. Serves good cold drinks. Seating area gives good views of the beach, with some parts shielded from the sun. Service is fantastic and very friendly. Good choice of food, well prepared and presented, and offers good value for money. Portion sizes generous. Great place for lunch, a quick bite, or something to drink if you're thirsty. Ice cold mythos or a frappe are very welcome after building up a thirst on the beach. Taverna is family run, and Magnolia is a real character, especially after a heavy night! Tip... The Golden Beach Kitchen and Beach Bar is a hidden gem. Not only is it an easy no fuss service, it is also extremely warm and friendly. The food is great and even better, of really good value. You won't be disappointed or feel cheated. I felt like I was sitting out on my own deck looking out over the Aegean. We hired 2 sun loungers on the beach at 10am in the morning for the whole day at a cosy of 20 euros for the day for the two. Beautiful beach that is clean and just a joy to relax on and forget about everything in life whilst getting some quality relaxing time in. The sea is just the perfect temperature here allowing you to jump in and out any time you want to cool down...
