We arrived at this restaurant with great expectations stunning location very big set out of quite a large corner of area lots to see and the tables are situated and elevated on different levels. This grabbed our attention upon arriving. We didnāt feel the service was great the way to come to us twice asking to take our order when we had already given our order. The wine came. We asked for ice twice and an ashtray multiple times did not arrive. We ordered the dakos salad and mussels for starters that were supposed to be in white wine not the Saganaki sauce and when the muscles arrived, they were in the tomato sauce. Half of them were closed not open and One was frozen inside the salad was just capers. Tomatoes sat on top of a stack of rye bread. It was awful when we questioned the muscles the manager of the restaurant was very defensive And quite passive aggressive towards us so we asked for the bill he came back and realised he was rude therefore said this was on the house and lucky it was on the house as both started dishes were practically inedible so theoretically we got a glass of white wine each we got up and left Walked into a restaurant down the side which was amazing so whilst this is in a very good location it looks very appealing on the outside. I think the food definitely does not do this restaurant location any justice sadly - perhaps pay more attention to the food items you serve and the quality you use in order to maintain customer satisfaction that way you might have customers that wish to return! Think your menu you needs to stand out a bit more and try not to be passive aggressive when customers ask simple Qs we are allowed too,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice restaurant, meals slightly expensive with smaller portions but very enjoyable and tasty. Nice atmosphere in the place, waiters are very attentive and friendly. Lots of stray cats in the restaurants, but they all seem to go if you shoo them away. Complementary watermelon at the end of the meal was a nice touch, adding to the overall positive feel of the restaurant. Most seats are outside, so watch out for the mosquitos. The cuisine is mostly traditional greek, with hot and cold meze starters. There are also options for lots of grilled meats...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe restaurant is very presentable and the service was excellent, the restaurant is in a prime location and really sells itself well. Unfortunately the food wasnāt great, it was perfectly edible but nothing to write home about; quite basic. For example the āgarlic breadā is simple Hovis loaf slice cut in half with some butter spread thinly on top. All in our party of 7 felt the food let the restaurant down in terms of its quality. If the food was elevated a little the review would be much better! We will try again...
