A Captivating Dining Experience!

During my vacation, I visited this family-run tavern on the first evening with my wife, son, and my cousin and his wife. The warm and friendly atmosphere added an extra charm to the place. The pita bread, stuffed grape leaves, baked feta cheese with honey, and the rich assortment of mezes left an unforgettable impression on my taste buds. The sea bream was both fresh and expertly prepared. Every bite felt like a feast!

On the second evening, I returned with just my wife and son. The meze assortment and pita bread were just as fantastic, and the calamari, shrimp, and fried eggplant and zucchini were meticulously prepared. Each dish showcased fresh ingredients and a masterful touch. The stunning sea view made the experience even more memorable. The perfect Greek song playlist added to the delightful ambiance. I especially appreciated that you played the Greek song "Gie mou" as I had requested.

The staff and the chef made us feel truly at home with their warm hospitality and friendly demeanor. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and every service was attentive and sincere.

The two evenings spent at this tavern became some of the highlights of our vacation. Here, you find not only exquisite food but also a welcoming atmosphere, breathtaking views, and genuine service. I cannot recommend this Restaurant enough, we recently holidayed in 🇬🇷Greece, Rhodes, Kiotari & visited this Restaurant -IL PORTO, every night on our weeks stay & on a couple of times-mid-day. They are a Family run Business with a Son, Daughter, Mother. Father & a very dear Friend. We got to know them All very well during our stay, they are All So Lovely, very kind, obliging, helpful, pleasent & cheerful & we always had a Good banter 😆😁🤭 with them but MORESO regarding the Dessert's 🍨-Especially the (🍌)🤣😂 SPLITS. One evening I tried their Greek Dishes, Main & Dessert, of course I had to try their Greek food 😉😊Absolutely 😋😋=Yummy, All the food on the Menu was Delicious👍👌👏😌, Great food, we thoroughly ENJOYED it Imensely 🤗. Absolutely delicious authentic taverna! We're greek Cypriot and wanted to go have a traditional meal on our holiday in Kiotari and luckily for us the taxi driver reccomended this restaurant to us which was an absolute gem! We were served by the daughter of the family who owned the restaurant and she was so warm, friendly and welcoming. The meal was cooked to perfection and dished up with great portions and brilliant taste! The service was excellent and they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome, especially as we dined with two small children who didn't necessarily sit still for too long 😂! Our favourite meal of our holiday - will defo return and recommend to others. We were so glad that our taxi driver Mike reccomended this place. They were so helpful that they even helped me to order a taxi for our return journey home the next evening!
