The place is very nice for dinner. Tommy the owner will welcome you. At 77 years old, with his smile, positive energy and life stories he will make you feeling as the family friend. There were so many options from the hummus, tzatziki, salads, Greek version of eggplant parm and many more dishes. For the non vegetarians my friend is a carnivore and loved the food as well. He said the veggie dish was his top 20 all time and the meat dishes stuffed kalamari and lamb kleftica were even better. As great as the dishes were make sure you talk to the owner Tommy. Read moreIt wasn’t particularly good. We tried to order pita bread with hummus as a starter. The waiter told us they didn’t do hummus but recommended to us a cheese sauce that tasted like hummus, so we ordered that.
After a very long wait we received a bowl of tzatziki that we did not order. A few minutes later we received our pita bread and we asked for the cheese dip we originally asked for. The waiter left and, a few minutes later, we received the cheese dip. We discovered that, contrary to the waiter’s suggestion, it tasted nothing like hummus.
After a long wait my main, the beef stifado (Greek beef stew), came out. It was absolutely ginormous (American sized!) and came with an oversized side of chips.
