I would like to point out that the staff working long hours are very polite and this review is not related to their service which was perfect. The food and the view from the restaurant was amazing as well.
The reason for the 1-star review is because of the behavior of the restaurant owner. While we were having our meal taking in the beautiful view, the owner started a huge fight with one of the waiters, completely disregarding the fact that customers are around. This shows complete lack of professionalism and customer centric mindset, with the owners only caring about money. A correct business owner must handle all conflicts behind closed doors without affecting the experience of the customers, regardless of how few there are during the middle of the day. We loved the spaghetti carbonara for 11 euros. For 14 euros there was Black Angus beef we liked less but the settings compensated.
