Dolci Restaurant Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Sifnos

I would like to point out that the staff working long hours are very polite and this review is not related to their service which was perfect. The food and the view from the restaurant was amazing as well.

The reason for the 1-star review is because of the behavior of the restaurant owner. While we were having our meal taking in the beautiful view, the owner started a huge fight with one of the waiters, completely disregarding the fact that customers are around. This shows complete lack of professionalism and customer centric mindset, with the owners only caring about money. A correct business owner must handle all conflicts behind closed doors without affecting the experience of the customers, regardless of how few there are during the middle of the day. Many congratulations to chef Roberto Izzo!!! Everything he created for us was beyond amazing, a true culinary experience. And many congratulations too to Nikos for waiting on us with the most professional and polite manner! Definitely recommend if you are after an experience involving a perfect blend of Italian and Greek cuisine.

2022 update: We went to Serifos this year but took a day trip just to visit Dolci again! Well worth it, chef Roberto served us perfect carbonara and a divine plate of the local lamb cooked for hours in red wine. Many congratulations for keeping the same high standards...

Wonderful service and magnificent mountain views- I know, you want the sea, but this was quite something else and we appreciated a different terraced view. We loved the spaghetti carbonara for 11 euros. For 14 euros there was Black Angus beef we liked less but the settings compensated. I had the pleasant surprise to be spoken to in Romanian , I wish we had more time to chat. :) . I would love to go again on a cooler day, not on such a scorching...
