Pipis Cafe — Restaurant in Municipality of Sifnos

English Review:

I visited Pipis Cafe in Sifnos and had a disappointing experience. I asked if they offered a fruit salad, and they confirmed they did. When I inquired about the fruits included, I was told it contained kiwis, nectarines, watermelon, and apricots. I decided to order it. However, what I received was a tiny salad for 6 euros, mainly consisting of bananas and grapes. When I asked about the other fruits, she reluctantly offered to add watermelon, which she did begrudgingly. When I pointed out that I expected the salad to include all the fruits she initially mentioned, she responded that she was merely listing the fruits they have available. Businesses that underestimate tourists should not be in operation. I do not recommend visiting this place.

Επισκέφθηκα το Pipis Cafe στη Σίφνο και είχα μια απογοητευτική εμπειρία. Ρώτησα αν προσφέρουν φρουτοσαλάτα και μου είπαν ότι έχουν. Όταν ρώτησα τι φρούτα περιλαμβάνονται, μου είπαν ότι έχει ακτινίδια, νεκταρίνια, καρπούζι και βερίκοκα. Αποφάσισα να την παραγγείλω. Ωστόσο, αυτό που έλαβα ήταν μια μικροσκοπική σαλάτα για 6 ευρώ, κυρίως με μπανάνες και σταφύλια. Όταν ρώτησα για τα υπόλοιπα φρούτα, δέχτηκε απρόθυμα να προσθέσει καρπούζι. Όταν της είπα ότι περίμενα η σαλάτα να περιέχει όλα τα φρούτα που ανέφερε αρχικά, μου απάντησε ότι απλώς έλεγε ποια φρούτα έχουν διαθέσιμα. Επιχειρήσεις που θεωρούν τους τουρίστες ηλίθιους δεν θα έπρεπε να λειτουργούν. Δεν συνιστώ να επισκεφθείτε...

Food really good, we ordered 3 x club sandwich, 12 euro. We also ordered 3 x halve liter wine and 2 Cola, 63 euro . This are normal island prices when you come from the boat and walk just 5 minutes. But if you ask if the beach bed is included and they ask you 20 euro for this it is to much. Best would be if you don't eat, you pay 20 and if you eat and drink, 10 euro. But really nice...

Expensive touristic prices - 7 euros for a waffle or a crepe [!!] so I just had a Freddo cappuccino for 5 euros. Unfortunately my cappuccino had more foam milk than milk.. The tap water they served was salty - better not drink it. Bathrooms weren't cleaned..for this location and pricing- I would have...
