Good afternoon, I’d like to leave a review and share my thoughts in response to the previous review by the user Cucueitu. We were all sitting together at the same table. Long story short: we ordered shrimp with vegetables, and we were asked whether we wanted small or large ones — but they didn’t mention that the price difference was significant. Also, the price wasn’t listed anywhere on the menu. In fact, these particular shrimp weren’t on the menu at all, but they offered them to us anyway.

The only thing we complained about was that the price was not communicated in advance. After swimming, we only had cash with us, so we ordered based on how much cash we had. We were quite surprised when we were charged €43 for five shrimp that weren’t noticeably larger than the regular ones.

The only mistake on the staff’s part was not informing us of the price beforehand, especially since it wasn’t on the menu.

A staff member came to speak with us, and we resolved the issue very politely. He even offered us a bottle of wine — much more expensive than the shrimps 🙂— but we declined as we don’t drink alcohol. We ended up resolving the matter by paying €20, as if they were the regular shrimp.

About the food: The food was delicious, the portions were generous, the staff was polite, and the atmosphere was great. The prices are slightly above average.

P.S. Please consider adding prices for individual items or letting customers know in advance :)

Wishing everyone a great day and success in your...

Me and my family were in this 'fine dining restaurant'. Our experience - terrible ! The hostess seated us at the table and left. And here we go waiting.......waiting....waiting, after 15 minutes the hostess brought us some bread , after 10 more minutes we asked her can we have menus and after 15 more mins they assigned waitress for the table ( in total we waited for 40 minutes for menus ) . Voila! BUT, after the menus, we waited 20 minutes for the waitress to get our order. And here we go again.... at the end of the order, we asked for an ashtray 3 times . FINALLY, we were lucky ! The service is without order, they brought a dish to the table whenever was ready ( My husband was on his salad and my father git his second course 😉 , not nice at all !) I ordered octopus, which was over grilled. It tasted like charcoal. We asked for a wine recommendation - we didn't get one ( why this place has so fancy raiting ???? ) We had just paid our bill, but still finishing off the rest of our wine, when the waitress started nudging us, to clear things from the table and literally pulled the paper mat out from under my mom's arms. Which was super rude! When I told her that it was rude and we were still at the table, she started to explain how this is tavern, and that's how it was done in Greece. Until the end, we didn't know who our table waiter/waitress was. The food ( without the octopus) was OK, but nothing special, and it was overpriced.

You know what? Do not...

We were a group of 12 people with a bill of around 600 euroes. Their waiter tried to scam us by claiming one person of our group who left didn't pay their bill (they did, even left a tip)... The singer is good. The food is decent. Our table was served by 3 waiters. They were all great until it was time to pay our bill and the issue arouse. They split the bill in 3s without informing you. Our friend paid and left early...then they claimed she didn't pay and asked the other 2 people they grouped her with to pay her bill again (around 50 euro)...I had to go around the town to find people and drive them back to figure this thing out...everything was resolved in the end with them refusing to admit fault. Will not visit again.

The owner is apparently also a liar or being lied to. The tip we left was more than 50 euro. The waiters said that they always split the bills like that, we didn't ask them to. At the end of the night the waiter said that there could've been a misunderstanding and gave us the money back and even tried to bribe us with a few drinks so we don't make a review... Now we'll all make reviews cause they continue to lie. The "old lady" was there to buy land and can most likely buy your entire establishment. She would never leave without paying. The camera showed the waiter take money OUT of the cash register, it didn't prove...

I’m genuinely surprised by the high rating of this restaurant. While the takeaway section offers a much more efficient and pleasant experience, the main dining area — though elegantly decorated — unfortunately falls short in terms of overall satisfaction. If you plan to dine in, be prepared for a significant wait. In our case, it was approximately 1.5 hours before our ordered fish of the day arrived (not including any additional time needed for seafood preparation). The moussaka was beautifully presented, but taste-wise, it was average — certainly not a standout dish. This seemed to be a recurring theme, as many of the other dishes appeared refined but didn’t quite deliver in terms of flavour or value for the extended wait. They will try to tell you that it is normal to wait 1h for a fish - it is not. The restaurant was fully booked, which may explain the delays, but it was noticeable that many guests were simply waiting for their food. The staff appeared busy and attentive, yet the service pace did not reflect that. Overall, while the ambiance is pleasant and the dishes are visually appealing, the long wait times and underwhelming flavors made the experience less enjoyable than expected. Overall it took is just 2 hours and 10 minutes to get our dinner. We didn’t finish it and take it for to go as it was way past children bedtime.

Mixed impressions and some misunderstandings with staff, food itself was ok. I ordered only appetizers: fish roe, fava and fried potatoes. Fish roe was very interesting but you can’t eat too much of it, it’s quite heavy and has a strong taste (not surprisingly;). Fava itself, on the contrary, was quite bland. It had nice additions like minced veal and great caramelised onion but fava itself was just boring. The combination of fava and roe was really good but as standalone appetizers, not sure if I would recommend. And they came with only a little bit of pita so in a sense you are forced to order something like bread. But I thought potatoes would go well with roe so ordered fried potatoes with feta but that came as French fries and those were bad. Soaking in oil, and just not tasty. So I asked for the bread. It should have been served with olive oli and olives (which I discovered when paying) but the staff made the decision not to add them and give me what she alleged was double portion of the bread (five half slices was a double potion, interesting..). I did not appreciate the staff making such choices instead of asking. Just like arguing that it’s normal to call French fries „fried potatoes” because this is how this works in Greece. On the positive side, the place itself is really beautiful.
