Gousto Restaurant Pool Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Sithonia

Very bad service! I have made a reservation for 8:30 pm. The waitress let me to chose the table. I have choosem one close to the pool and to the playground area. When we arrived, the table was in the middle of the terace, surrounded by a big table with more than 20 people. We have asked to be moved because the distance was not respected and still we are in pandemic. One man moved the table, but the waitress which takes the order refused to take the order because she does not have a table number for our table because it was moved 2 m far away near the pool. We wait more than 45 minutes for the order to be taken. They brought to us the mussels but without bread or foccacia, even we order it. I had to go two times to ask for it. The food was not so great. Than in order to pay I had to go to the kitchen and wait 10 min for paying. From the moment we got the last meal and the moment of going to pay, nobody came to ask us for desert or anything else. The restaurant is okay, the food is good, but despite this, I can't give more stars. I have never felt such a lack of respect at any restaurant, caused by a single waiter (the older one with glasses) who is also mentioned in previous comments by other people. He invites you very kindly at first, right from the street, where, by the way, the prices displayed are lower than in the restaurant menu. Then, when he comes with the bill, he sits next to you until you leave the money. I have never seen anything like this in any restaurant. While you are collecting the money being at a table with several people, he tells you that you will receive a small ice cream on a stick as a gift to make you leave more tips. If you don't leave enough from his point of view, he leaves and doesn't come back. He leaves you waiting at your table for an ice cream that costs not even 50 cents.
