Disappointing Experience at Kima

I recently dined at Kima, a Greek restaurant I had high hopes for. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory, leaving much to be desired in terms of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Food Quality: The most disappointing aspect was the food. The dishes lacked any sort of freshness or flavor, and came without the expected vegetables or side dishes that typically accompany Greek meals. To add to the confusion, the menu labeled French fries as "Greek potatoes," which was misleading at best. Even worse, the fries were cold and lacked seasoning.

Service: The service was equally underwhelming. The staff seemed inattentive and unorganized. To make matters worse, there was a delay in serving our table, and a child who ordered just French fries received her food last, after everyone else had finished eating. This lack of coordination and attention to customer needs was disappointing.

Cleanliness: Another major issue was the state of the restaurant's facilities. The bathroom was notably dirty, which raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the establishment. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any dining experience, and this was a significant letdown.

Overall, Kima failed to deliver a pleasant dining experience. The combination of poor food quality, bad service, and lack of cleanliness makes it hard to recommend. There are many other Greek restaurants in the area that offer a far better experience, both in terms of food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to Kima...

We have just returned from holiday in Makrygialos and dined regularly at Kima restaurant. Highly recommend to everyone.

The meals were outstanding, excellent greek cuisine. We tried a number of dishes on the menu including Orzo chicken pasta, spaghetti bolognese, chicken Souvlaki, meat ball starter, chicken roll, pork tenderloin. Also a great selection of salads. We ate breakfast a number of times, having fresh fruit and the special omelette.

The service team were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The prices are excellent, a main meal dish ranges €8 to €11.

At the end of your evening meal they give you a homemade dessert dish, changes each night, these tasted incredible.

The view is just wow. Kima restaurant is little bit of paradise and we can't...

They forgot my meal. After my party of 10 was almost done eating my food came out…spaghetti. Easily the easiest plate of food to make in a kitchen. The worst part is that they didn’t bother to make amends. I understand mistakes happen but give my party something for your mistake. Cardinal Sin 6 employees smoking cigarettes at one time. 3 by bar and 3 at a front table that’s a employee table. I get that smoking is a way of life for your employees but do it outside or in back. It’s incredible dirty and nasty. Get some company shirts while your at it. If you want to charge premium prices clean up your place. Food was good and the view was excellent. Chairs weren’t...
