Our stay was made truly special by the exceptional dining experience at Elia restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were consistently impressed by the delicious food and the outstanding service provided by Miltos and his incredibly professional and friendly team. Every morning, breakfast was a highlight. We enjoyed fantastic french toasts, pancakes, eggs benedict etc, complete with fresh juices, and the serene poolside setting made for a perfect start to our day. We also had the pleasure of dining at Elia for dinner, and it was equally impressive. The dishes were expertly prepared and absolutely delicious, complemented by a lovely ambiance, especially as the sun set by the pool. Miltos and his team deserve immense credit for their dedication and the warm, welcoming atmosphere they create. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness made every meal a pleasure. Elia restaurant was truly a culinary highlight of our entire hotel stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Corfu!

Absolutely amazing experience! We were warmly welcomed by the incredible waiter Miltos, who truly made our morning unforgettable. His positive energy, deep knowledge of the menu, and passion for Greek culture and philosophy added a whole new dimension to our meal. He took the time to explain every dish and share insights into the Greek way of living — a truly refreshing and soulful interaction.
