What a great surprise! We were looking for a restaurant for dinner, ideally local Greek cuisine, but avoiding the typical suvlaki, pita gyros, etc., (which we love, by the way). The guy from the restaurant let us check the menu first and recommended some of the traditional local dishes. Everything sounded amazing, so we decided to give it a try, and what a success! Everything was delicious and especially what the waiter recommended. The slices of smoke pork with orange were my personal favorite. The meat was super tender and melted inside the mouth.
The personal and the service were extraordinary, close, and friendly. Always with a smile on their faces and willing to give tips about the city and nearby areas.

Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, everyone had a smile on their face and greeted us. Four persons tended to us within the first 10 minutes. Service so far was spectacular and actually far exceeded our expectations.
Food was spectacular.
Zucchini fritters were hearty, the house signature salad was unique and loaded with umami like flavor, French fries were on point as far as crispness goes. The real winner were the lamb chops though. Highly highly recommend the lamb chops. They are tender and local. Small chops, “lollipop” style and it seems like they hand chop them because there are small shards of bone.
Pro tip: roll your sleeves back and eat with your hands. Wash it all down with a half kilo of house...
