I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the behavior and performance of one of your employees, Damia. Unfortunately, my recent experience with her was very frustrating and unprofessional.
Damia showed a clear lack of attention and interest in assisting customers. She did not listen properly to what I was saying, and I had to repeat myself several times. Even then, she failed to respond or take appropriate action. She seemed distracted and uninterested in helping, and at no point did I feel that she was taking my concerns seriously.
Additionally, her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. It gave the impression that she doesn’t care about her job or the people she is supposed to assist. I believe that customer service should be a priority, and in this case, it clearly was not.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed accordingly. Poor service like this reflects badly on your business, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be...

We were only there for about 15 minutes, and in that short time, the older lady working at the Lukumades there managed to be unbelievably rude to everyone she spoke to. She talked down to people like they were stupid, and had a terrible attitude from the start. I don't know what her problem was, but it definitely ruined the atmosphere.
