I am deeply disappointed with the service and attitude I experienced at your establishment on Saturday, 28 December 2024, at around 1:30 PM. When I entered to purchase a sandwich using a valid voucher, I was met with an employee who was completely indifferent, condescending, and utterly unprofessional. She spent her time chatting with others and ignored me entirely. When she finally addressed me, it was in a dismissive tone, claiming there was an issue with my voucher – even though it was perfectly valid, as confirmed in other stores.

Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable: she spoke to me disrespectfully, saying things like “no money, no go to other store,” while giving me a disdainful look. She made no effort to understand or resolve the situation, which clearly shows a lack of customer service and basic respect.

This experience was both frustrating and humiliating. I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and courtesy, but this employee made it evident she had no interest in assisting customers.
