Poorly organized at extortionate prices. Line took 20 minutes because two kiosks are set up for four restaurants, and they are not equipped to handle large volumes of people expected at an international airport. There is no menu, all the food is locked in a lukewarm case facing away from the line, with tiny signs crowded together so you must either commit to memory what you want ahead of time, or run around the counter when it’s your turn to quickly locate (hopefully, correctly) your order. There is no oven to heat your food, so it is served at room temperature. In order to pick up your coffee you have to slip between the two 50+person queues and hopefully communicate what it is you ordered. For this experience you pay 15 euro and sit at tiny tables covered in leftover garbage under fluorescent lamps because there is nowhere else to sit and nowhere left to order that doesn’t also have a 20 minute queue. This was the only time during my two weeks in Greece I felt ripped off. Five star country, one star...
Read moreThe ABUSE OF A CHILD with disabilities in this cafe! My neurodivergent child accidentally paid with her card for the food of a customer ordering before her. The "old plus-size female" worker screamed at my child for the mistake. When my child apologised and explaned that she was tired (it was 1 am after all) the worker devalued her feelings in an outmost narcissistic way stating that she (the worker) was tired too. The customer for whom my child paid for by mistake apparently had no problems with it as she just returned money in cash. So apparently it was a sheer will of the worker to unloas her hatered on a child with disabilities who happened to be alone and unprotected. As a result of this lady's actions, my child had a meltdown and cried. The management apparently doesn't check the level of toxicity of its workers and doesnt explain how to treat the most vulnerable customers: children and people with...
Read moreExpensive, typical airport food. I saw the Gyros. I got a tough merida not eatable at €28 plus she told me beer was with the deal. I would like to advise them not everyone is piss head and drinks alcohol. But bottle of water you charged €5.90, disgusting. Plus she told me my Chase Card is not valid as it has no numbers printed. I would advise the management to train their primative staff, that some cards specially used abroad, don't print the details for security reasons. I used that card everywhere abroad as you top up an amount, and if it stolen, it can only be used for the amount that is on the card only and can be block immediately. THANK YOU for an international airport very primative. I would accepted it if was...
