This review is for the Veneti 1948 branch between Gates C31 and C32 at Athens airport. I got there, first in the queue, and waited patiently to be addressed by the staff when they were finished with what they were doing and were ready to talk to me. I waited exactly at the spot where I had to queue a month before at the very same branch. My reward for my patience was a barrage of insults because I ought to have waited by the till instead. My crime must have been grave to justify the humiliation I had to endure by the middle aged woman with the short blond hair and eyebrow piercings. Her negative energy radiated, her rudeness astonished; congratulations to Venetis for employing staff who treat customers like garbage. By the way, in the meantime, other customers had gathered and some thought I was now jumping the queue because suddenly I had to go to the till. For the record, I was traveling with four children and spent €24.20 on this occasion in this branch (see receipt). Also the “hot” cappuccinos were served cold.
