Argyris — Restaurant in Municipality of Spetses

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing; the plates were served sloppy, some food was burned (like the gemista, which instead of the usual 1 tomato and 1 pepper came as 2 peppers), the waiter at the start told us there would be a delay because of too many people even though the place wasn’t full, he didn’t inform us from the beginning which dishes from the menu were unavailable, and when he came to take our order and we said we weren’t ready, he told us the kitchen would close soon, while a couple of other tables were still able to order without issue — overall, the food quality and service felt unprofessional and not worth...

We went for dinner here whilst on Spetses and loved it so much, we went for lunch before leaving the next day. The Argiris salad is delicious with a wonderful dressing. The veal in a clay pot is sublime. Tender pieces of slow cooked veal, that literally falls apart in a clay pot with peppers, tomatoes and onion. One of the best meals I have had whilst in Greece.

The service was brilliant and the prices, especially being on Spetses, were more than reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely return. As I write this, I can almost taste the...

Very unfriendly and poorly trained staff. They completely forgot one main meal - no apologies when we brought it to their attention - waited 15 minutes for it while the others at the table were finished their meal. . They then had the audacity to ask us if we would like to add a tip!!!!! We said in the circumstances a tip was hardly deserved . Train your staff properly and be friendly . That’s about the only tip I would give . There are many more places to eat in Spetses...
