The food itself was consistently impressive: dolmadakia so delicate and precise they could be used as a benchmark; a perfectly steamed fish that showcased the chef’s restraint and understanding of product; a hearty yet elegant fish pasta, brimming with maritime depth and perhaps most surprising, a taramas that was nothing less than exquisite — airy, nuanced, and quietly indulgent.

There is a quiet elegance to the place, a sense of discretion that frames the meal without overshadowing it. Service still feels in the process of finding its rhythm, yet the effort and warmth are unmistakable. In terms of value, the restaurant easily justifies its place on any island itinerary — proof that thoughtful cooking need not be extravagant to be memorable.

Do not be fooled by the amazing view. Cannot fault the waiting staff. However, food arrived in segments leaving our chips cold. When raised to the manager, he suggested it was our mistake that our main and sides didn’t arrive at the same time. We ordered vegetables which were unpleasant. When raised to staff, this was again dismissed. When the bill arrived, we were charged €7.50 for bread which we had assumed was complementary, or at least €2.50, as stated on the menu. If you're visiting Syros and love fresh seafood, this place is an absolute must! The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The setting is charming and right by the sea, offering stunning views while you dine. The staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their food.
