Okio — Restaurant in Municipality of Syros and Ermoupoli

It was so good, we in fact came here twice in one day :)

It is not a restaurant that would be my first choice in Ermoupoli, but my boyfriend insisted so we stopped for lunch. Service was incredibly friendly and quick, the burgers were a perfect size and taste, and at only 7 euros (for burger and chips) it was the best veggie burger I've ever had!

In the evening we came back for dinner. My boyfriend loved the burger from lunch so much, he ordered another one :D, and I indulged in the most giant delicious stack of pancakes with Nutella, bananas and Oreos.

We were here for breakfast and unfortunately remained unimpressed throughout the service. We ordered two lattes that were okay, nothing groundbreaking but definitely a laid back kind of enjoyable. The breakfast, however, was another thing entirely. We ordered a yogurt with fruit and a wake me up omelette. The yogurt was…a yogurt? The fruit on top wasn’t anything too delicious. It left us a little unsatisfied. The omelette was plainly just not good. It was made with French fries that were probably from the night before and the omelette was just bit good. View was amazing- service was good. But sad at...

A really good choice for a morning coffee and brunch by the sea (if the season you're visiting is spring/summer). The only drawback is that inside there's a really small space between the tables and it's almost like everyone is sitting together. Therefore it is not a good choice for claustrophobics or people with...
