Suerte — Restaurant in Municipality of Syros and Ermoupoli

The staff are not friendly at all. They let people drink until they aren't able to stand on their feet. Usually staff should stop serving drinks when they see that someone is really drunk. When I've been there the first time one guy got totally drunk. They kept serving him drinks and when he lost control the 2 ladies that were working there were making fun of him. I said I would not go back there again but I decided to give another chance. The second time I've been there a lady that was working there was making nasty comments with another staff member about a customer. The waitress that was making the comments wasn't even pretty enough to dare to judge that customer. I felt so irritated. Totally all the staff are really uneducated. The place is dirty. I guess they don't clean and maintain health and safety. Fire your staff and get professional people that want to work and not to make fun...

The girl in the entrance has an attitude with out a reason! I came to this bar with my friend and she didnt allow us to go inside the bar until the time was like 4-5 cause we didn't want to buy a bottle. She s rude and the bar/club is trying so hard to seem that it is in a good level that they dont care about the customers and their needs. They exploit that there are no other bar/clubs in the area after 3:00 at the night. It's unacceptable. Most of the customers are waiting outside with a not good quality drink until the girl in the entrance decides to put them...

22/8/22 01:38 service refuse to as order of cocktails ( 8 persons) with answer on a summer CAFE BAR as follows: we don’t serve cocktails after 01:00 . ON SUMMER BAR , ON ISLAND THEY DONT MAKE COCKTAILS …. ON SUMMER BAR ….. if Google allowed ZERO start SUERTE be sure I would give you with no fear.

We order already one round of cocktails with out any info on first round that they will stop serving …..
