Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Municipality of Thira

Never open, always "run out of dough" and close for days at a time, never offer any of the discounts that other Dominos stores have, no pan pizza, no breadsticks, very few sides, very few options for toppings.. an actual joke of a store.

It's also expensive as hell, a basic margarita will run you around 12 euro now.

Delivery drivers are often moody and won't deliver very far outside of Fira, 4 kilometers is too much for them. Don't expect good service, nobody in this store is in a good mood.

Sometimes the pizza comes out fluffy, fresh, tasty, sometimes it comes out deflated and sad. It's a franchise, where is the consistency?

Seriously, save your money and go to any other...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s branch. I ordered one thin crust pizza and had to wait almost 50 minutes to receive it. When I asked about the delay, the cashier was very rude and said, “you don’t know how our system works.” That is not the kind of customer service I expected.

When the pizza finally came, it was burnt and not up to Domino’s usual standards. Overall, the service and food quality were very poor. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff behavior and food...

Good service and food, pricing is within expectations for Domino's but I didn't find it extortionate.

Coming from the UK they have a slightly different menu (they gain pasta and mozzarella sticks here whilst losing the likes of twisted doughballs).

The pasta was really good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I ate inside the restaurant as my hotel was 20 mins away from the restaurant, staff supplied cutlery and plastic cups.
