We paid 70$ for this hotel per night. And let me tell you, it wasn’t worth more than 30$.
Let’s dive into negative points first. The room is pretty outdated. Bed is full size and isn’t very comfy. I expected at least a queen size bed. Bathroom is really bad. The shower can be hanged only at 3 feet from the floor, so not at all convenient. The shower curtains are way higher than ground. So when you shower the entire bathroom turns into a pool and water leaks into the room. So the part of room closer to bathroom has water all over the floor and it’s just a mess. The trash can in the bathroom needs to be opened with hands coz the foot pedal is broken. The reception isn’t 24 hours. There is a lady in the lobby when reception is closed, but she cannot speak English, So I don’t know how that helps. When you check In, they just hand you over the key, they don’t show you around the hotel. No suggestions on the island what so ever.
Now, about the positive points. Hotel has a really good location. We were able to park our car for free. WiFi was really fast and Air condition was pretty good.

Read moreThe strongest way I can tell you about this property is to let readers know we had a 3 night booking. We left after 1 night. Therefore we lost 100€. The hotel has a strict no refund policy so buyer beware! We didn't arrive at the hotel until after 8pm. Otherwise we would have left immediately.
This place is just terrible. I don't care how nice and cordial the staff is, the hotel is in shambles. With all the effort one makes to get to Santorini I can't imagine this is the place you wan to to stay at.
The room (#114) was dirty and smelled specifically of mold and in general it smelled old. Pillows with black mold on them. Broken toilet seats. Metal hangers with rust on them to stain your clothes. Vinyl covering the nightstand shelves to hide damage and mold. Of course the pool was still being repaired. The owners continue to ignore complaints about the shower head being 1 meter off the ground. Such an easy and inexpensive fix, yet they choose not to do it.
This place is in shambles. This place needs new owners willing to invest in the property. Santorini is a beautiful island. And hotel lodos might be it's...
Read moreDo not stay here!!!
The accommodation is old and run down. As soon as you enter the room you are hit with the smell of mould. I began coughing the first night of the stay and by the second night we checked the air conditioner filters, as I had a feeling this is where the cough was coming from.
Dust and BLACK MOULD all over the air conditioner filters!!! Reception didn’t seem to care at all. We asked for a refund but they declined and said all they did was move us to another room.
They mentioned they would have a technician to come out and assess the air conditioner for the new room which was an absolute lie. We checked the filter for that air conditioner and there was black mould in this one too. This room had an even stronger smell of mould. Went back to reception and they were no help once again, by this point it was 10pm at night so we had no choice but to stay.
Not to mention the completely run down pool area that looks nothing like the photos. All the chairs were broken and rusted as they were extremely old. Would not recommend...
