Kleopatra Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Western Samos

Wow, such an experience, worst case scenario.

My wife and me ordered kleftiko and stifado. After 5 minutes the waitress came back telling us that they were out of klefriko. No problem, I changed my order to lamb chops.

Few minutes later she came back telling that they were also out of stifado. My wife changed her order to chicken filet with creamy sauce. No problem so far.

When dinner was served, we were presented a chicken filet that was overcooked and lamb chops the staying cats probably wouldn't eat. I'm not a chef but I know a little about cooking, these chops might have been on BBQ coals a few hours, dried to the bone.

Although we expressed our dissatisfaction no approach was made to 'keep the customer satisfied'.

Always great and highly recommended. Lovely place 🥰🫶👍 Great greek restaurant with a very large selection of dishes, everything is very delicious and the service is excellent. We also loved it to go to Kleopatra beach, you have places with shadow and can enjoy and relax. You also can order from the menu and cold drinks. The service at the beach is always great. We had just installed ourselves at the hotel, and asked the hotel for a good spot to have lunch at. They recommended the restaurant, and we had an assortment of gyros, omelettes and salads, all prepared from scratch and with fresh and delicious produce.
