Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price

I recently stopped by for ice cream/gelato and left underwhelmed. Unfortunately, the service was the first red flag—courteous customer engagement was clearly lacking.

As for the product: €3.50 for what they call a “scoop” felt more like a half-hearted curl of gelato with a large air pocket in the middle. I politely questioned the portion size, only to be told that this was standard.

I didn’t try the other pastries or sweets, so I can’t speak to those items. But I do know good gelato and ice cream—and this was strictly average at best.

If you’re okay with overpaying for less-than-average servings, this might be your spot. Otherwise, there are better options nearby with friendlier service and more reasonable prices. I suggest...

I am desperately sad to discover this place at the last night of our stay in Patmos. OMG what an ice cream, or was one of the best in my entire life (and believe me I am old enough and may be tried thousands of places before!). The quality, the taste and how they serve was amazing. Even I asked as 3 scoop of ice cream, to be fare they just weight the ice cream and charge according to its weigh! And this is a very random approach to make the pricing right! Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻 Me and kids tried mastics , mango, vanilla-kaymak and chocolate ice creams ; my favorite was mango, mastics and chocolate. I couldn’t hold my self not to try a chocolate truffles and again OMG -OMG what a chocolate! There were many more things to taste but I believe I would come back to Patmos for...
