Yianni's Place — Restaurant in Skiathos Municipality

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Yianni's Place in Skiathos, and I must say it was an absolute delight! If you're a fan of gyros and souvlaki, this is the place to be. The flavors were incredible, and the meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with taste.

Yianni, the owner, is a gem of a person. He greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. His friendly and kind nature added to the overall fantastic experience we had at the restaurant. It's always wonderful to encounter such genuinely hospitable people during our travels.

On our last day in Skiathos, we decided to get our food to-go from Yianni's Place. Even though it was a take-away order, the quality of the food was outstanding. The gyros and souvlaki were still steaming hot when we opened the containers, and the flavors remained intact. It was a satisfying and memorable meal to end our trip.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely as well. The outdoor seating area is cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying your meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings of Skiathos.

Excellent food, waiters are the friendliest around, making an effort to speak in your native language whichever that may be. Not a big deal but certainly contributes to the positive experience. Giros are great and cheap. No missed orders so far, no onion really means no onion. Be careful though, the pepper shaker doesn't contain the fake dusty black pepper that other taverns serve.
