Beach-bar-restaurant-Fedra — Restaurant in Thassos Municipality

Easily my favorite spot in Thassos, after 15 years of coming here!! 😍 You can always find free parking literally on the beach and they have 2 shops with everything, right on the beach. The food here is luxurious for a good price, with everything from fresh fish and specialty pasta, to chicken nuggets, gyros and pizza. The terrace is beautifully decorated, well shaded, with luxurious toilets, serving coffees, cocktails and even shisha (narghilea). The beach is perfect, with absolutely no stones or vegetation in the water, with all the amenities, and it's also close to water sports. The best part must be the big family running the business, working on all jobs from kitchen, waitressing and bar. They speak perfect english and they are very friendly and awesome company 😊 Bonus: they love romanians! The music is not too loud, and for me, this is the ideal spot, with no weakness. Perfect choice for families with kids, a romantic couple getaway or for a lonely student coming here to work on the laptop, like me :) 11/10...

I do not recommend. Very expensive for what I received, I believe that here were the smallest portions I have ever received in Greece. In addition, the food was not good, chicken souvlaki was not cooked properly, the cuts were cut to rough so the meat was not well made inside and did not have the specific spices (as you find at any tavern). I did not think you could cook souvlaki wrong ... Souvlaki came on a metalic stick with a very hot metal handle, practically could not touch by hand. I was warned by the waiter but I've never seen this before in a restaurant. The worst tzatziki we have ever eaten Serving slow, the order was taken quickly, but the food came very slowly, even the drinks came late. (as the restaurant was half occupied). Waiters in return were polite, even apologizing for the delay. The only plus is the location, but there is the greed of the owners, a pair of sunbeds cost 7 euros without any drinks included as it is on most...

Very nice terrace, right at the top of the Golden Beach where you can cool off with a nice beer while watching the beach and the sea. Private parking with shade for the customers, perfect for when you want to stay all day at the beach.

The food is not extraordinary, but just ok. The gyros meat was extremely salty, not sure if that's ok, but the rest of the food we ate there has been tasty. Fedra charges 10 EUR for two sunbeds on their beachfront no matter if you are their customer or not, while just right next to them is another terrace which offers sunbeds for free if you order drinks or food. But, of course, there are never sunbeds available so we preferred...
