Beba Greek Taverna — Restaurant in Thassos Municipality

Food is great, staff is great, view is great. We stayed in golden beach for 7 days and nearly everyday we ate our lunch and dinner here. They reserved their sunbeds to us even we were not there.

Thodoris, the owner, he is very kind, like sonebody from your familiy. Together with Stephan, the face of the taverna, they upgraded our vacation.

Food is great, portions are very big. Mixed meat for 2 easily covers 3 or 4. Tzatziki, zuchini, fried squids, shrimps, kinds of saganakis, beef, vegetables... Everything we tried was really nice.

Also good for vegans, my wife had no issues finding smt to eat. Mushrooms, grilled vegetables, salads are very nays. There are many vegan options.

As summary, if you want great food and friendly environment you should visit.

Last note, prices are affordable...

Great atmosphere! People from this tavern were the highlight of my holiday trip to Thasos :) .... When I am back I will always go to Beba :) .... We went out for evening stroll and end up enjoying and partying in Beba :) the life music band was so good that we did not want to leave, people were coming from other taverns to enjoy already booking tables for next day. The service and food is great, portions plentiful and prices appropriate (below the average Greek standards), and no hidden charges.

After spending many vacations, weekend trips and visited many Greek taverna, towns and islands this is my favorite one!

Went to Thassos for a week and ate here five times it was so good.

We enjoyed sitting outside and hearing the waves on the shore. Even when it was busy with many customers the service was good and if you caught the eye of the staff they would be over to see what you wanted. Special mention to Vasillis, Stefan and Vicky who were hard working, happy and smiling. When they were not busy they would chat with diners and answer questions. Fantastic customer service well done team.

The food was delicious and everything we ate was good. There was also a good choice of wine, ouzo, Retsina, beer and other drinks. There is something for all tastes here.
